How long does a service take?
Time can vary due to which service you require, what needs carrying out on the service and how long ago your vehicle was serviced. However, we will always have your vehicle serviced and returned to you on the same day. Approximate timings however are: A-Service- 2-3 hours, B- Service 4-6 hours.
What equipment do you use?
All of our diagnostics, tools, parts and oils are genuine Mercedes-Benz, as well as all of our online systems and methods.
Where are you based? Have you moved?
Yes, we are now solely operating from Unit 7, Junction Trade Park, Baxter Street, OL8 4RG. We have moved from our previous premises in Moston, and are working on changing this on google. If you have any questions on how to get here, please see our contact us page or give us a call.
How much does a service cost?
To obtain a unique costing for your vehicle’s service, please give us a call with your registration and mileage and we will be happy to provide one for you.
What is the difference between getting my services and repairs done with you vs an unaccredited garage?
With us you are guaranteed a service by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians using Mercedes-Benz original parts and systems. Also, you can be rest assured that your warranty is always preserved with using us, and your vehicle is always updated with the latest software updates.
Can you diagnose my vehicle remotely?
Yes- any vehicle fitted with MBUX can be diagnosed remotely without a trip to the workshop, anywhere in the world.
